Responsibilities
- Assist in the operational development and management of international events for Perfumes, Makeup, and Skincare.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating 360° project management and operational development of events such as pop-ups, masterclasses, and VIP events.
- Participate in the production of necessary documents for project development, including briefs, specifications, and launch books.
- Manage daily event projects to meet deadlines and handle alerts.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Direction and project stakeholders such as Marketing, Purchasing, and Supply.
- Coordinate and execute the go-to-market strategy for developed events.
- Act as the main contact for markets, assisting with their needs and event deployment.
- Track and analyze event projects, updating databases and centralizing feedback.
- Organize and prepare presentations for strategic meetings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs studies.
- Contribute to the development of Visual Merchandising teams by sharing best practices and organizing training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing higher education in business school, engineering, or university.
- Looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
Skills
- Passionate about Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in software tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in cosmetics and in-store customer experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Experience Requirements
No specific experience required, but a passion for customer experience and merchandising is essential.
