Chanel Intern - Events Development Assistant

- Assist in the operational development and coordination of international events for Chanel's Perfumes, Makeup, and Skincare divisions.
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing 360° event management, including pop-ups, masterclasses, and VIP events.
- Contribute to the production of operational documents such as briefs, specifications, and launch books.
- Monitor daily event projects to ensure timelines are met and manage any arising issues.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Direction and project stakeholders including Marketing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate the 'Go to Market' strategy for developed events, acting as the primary contact for market needs and event deployment.
- Track and analyze event projects, updating databases and centralizing feedback.
- Organize and prepare presentations for strategic meetings and international seminars.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market needs assessments.
- Support the Visual Merchandising community by enhancing local team competencies and developing e-learning modules.
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interest in Customer Experience, Merchandising, or Retail.
- Recognized for attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in cosmetics and in-store customer experience.
No prior experience required, but a passion for the luxury fashion industry and event management is essential.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
