1. Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily tasks.
2. Welcome local and international clients, ensuring exceptional service during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
3. Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for various items.
5. Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating shipments to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
6. Support minor in-store repairs.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in commerce or management.
2. Previous experience in retail or management is preferred.

1. Proficiency in English and computer applications.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Dynamic and detail-oriented with a strong service orientation.

Previous experience in retail sales, stock management, or customer service is preferred.

Currently pursuing higher education in commerce or management.

Interns will receive an integration program, including training on Chanel's history and products, opportunities to deepen retail knowledge, and develop communication skills through interaction with various European region services. Participation in events and joining a Young Talent Community to build a professional network are also included.
