- Assist the Customer Service Manager daily.
- Welcome local and international clients in the boutique, providing excellent service during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through strong interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for different types of items.
- Participate in the operational management of customer service: track ongoing repairs, manage computerized repair records, oversee dispatch to workshops, inspect returned items, draft correspondence, and handle phone contacts.
- Assist with minor repairs in the boutique.
- Student in higher education in commerce and management.
- First experience in retail (sales, stock management) or management.
- Interest in fashion and retail.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
- Dynamic and rigorous with a strong sense of service.
