1. Contribute to the development of sales forecasts for the Fragrances & Beauty market across Europe.
2. Prepare and facilitate monthly forecast adjustment meetings with Marketing and Commercial teams.
3. Manage stock allocation to European markets in case of shortages across Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare.
4. Review and optimize existing reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Participate in the estimation process for upcoming product launches in collaboration with regional Marketing.
6. Monitor and evaluate launched campaigns and challenge market forecasts for upcoming launches.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous significant experience in an analytical role within a business setting.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a critical mindset.
2. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
3. Dynamic, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English and French.

A minimum of one significant analytical role experience in a business environment is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 / BAC +5) in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Compensation provided.

Interns will develop analytical skills and product/market knowledge, follow a product launch from estimation to retail implementation, and collaborate with various departments within Europe.
