Chanel Intern - Archives and Documentation Assistant

- Monitor and manage library orders, including lists and deliveries.
- Create notices, catalog, locate, and organize library materials.
- Manage loan processes and conduct bibliographic monitoring.
- Assist in inventory and indexing of collections.
- Support the management of the Historical reserve, including packaging, organization, and location of works.
- Conduct archival research, both paper and digital.
- Process digital files including renaming, OCR, and classification.
- Perform archival description and update knowledge databases.
- Produce summaries and chronological reports.
- Support ongoing activities and various research topics.
- Assist in the conception and drafting of documentary files.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Documentation and Archives, History, Cultural Policies, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Expertise in IT tools and archival description.
- Strong general culture and interest in 20th-century history.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience or have completed a thesis in history, art history, information sciences, or archival studies.
Master's degree in relevant field.
