1. Conduct investigations into online counterfeit offerings.
2. Monitor digital platforms and social media for intellectual property infringements.
3. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts across the EMEA region.
4. Analyze and optimize data, ensuring meticulous reporting of anti-counterfeiting actions.
5. Provide support to the legal team, including conducting legal research.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.
3. Proficiency in Internet Law and Intellectual Property.
4. Fluency in both English and French, with strong oral and written communication skills.

1. Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple communication channels and incoming requests.
4. Team-oriented with a passion for technology and technical issues.

Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally within Intellectual Property.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5 equivalent).
