- Coordinate short- and long-term projects with attorneys and paralegals to enhance the global IP portfolio, including auditing existing rights and broadening protection.
- Manage enforcement cases by conducting preliminary online research under attorney supervision.
- Organize and collate documentary evidence required for legal actions and well-known mark recognition across various jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research on diverse topics in key jurisdictions, liaising with an external lawyer network as needed, and analyze results in chart form.
- Prepare and finalize template letters and other legal documents.
- Manage and process documents and data efficiently.
- Completed bachelor's degree in law.
- Specialization in Intellectual Property with strong knowledge of trademarks and designs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive, flexible, and curious with excellent attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Advanced written English and strong reading comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-sufficient in administrative tasks, including email and database management.
No prior practice of Swiss law or extensive EU practice is required.
Completed bachelor's degree in law with specialization in Intellectual Property.
Full-time internship for a duration of 6 months, providing hands-on experience in a prestigious luxury brand's IP department.
