- Design integration solution architectures and guide technical decisions.
- Conduct functional analysis of business needs in collaboration with internal clients.
- Propose modern, scalable solutions to support digital transformation.
- Lead and animate the development team dedicated to integrations.
- Oversee developments on iPaaS and API Management platforms ensuring quality deliverables.
- Promote best practices in development, testing, and continuous integration.
- Manage the technical and functional roadmap of the integration platform.
- Ensure security, performance, and availability of exposed APIs and data flows.
- Organize and lead level 2/3 support for integration issues.
- Act as the primary contact for internal clients' integration needs.
- Regularly report on service quality and incident resolution.
- Develop, monitor, and optimize the integration team's budget.
- Manage and arbitrate budgets for internal client integration projects.
- Significant experience (5-7 years minimum) in application integration development, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in integration concepts and tools (API Management, iPaaS, ESB, ETL).
- Extensive experience in software architecture, API development, and integration project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Recognized leadership and ability to unite and grow a technical team.
- Team management and external resource coordination.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and client focus.
- Rigor, analytical skills, synthesis ability, and proactive mindset.
A minimum of 5-7 years in application integration development, with a preference for experience in the fashion industry.
