Chanel Insurance and Risk Prevention Specialist

- Collect and consolidate data for the renewal of insurance programs, including Construction All Risks, Property Damage, Liability, and Transport.
- Manage insurance policies, including premium allocation, monitoring insured values, and budget tracking for both local and group policies.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for internal inquiries regarding insurance policies.
- Oversee claims management from declaration to closure, liaising with experts, brokers, and insurers.
- Consolidate technical information and monitor prevention audits and associated recommendations.
- Analyze risks and exposures, such as fire, machinery breakdown, and natural events, to determine appropriate prevention/protection measures and transfer levels.
- Participate in the review of construction projects, focusing on risk prevention and the underwriting of Construction policies.
- Monitor the implementation of Business Continuity Plans and coordinate a network of BCP referents.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Master's degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in Excel and SharePoint.
- Comfortable with new risk management applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including adaptability, synthesis, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a high commitment to integrity and ethics.
- Logical reasoning and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Openness to learning and understanding new environments with empathy.
A minimum of three years in insurance and risk management, with a strong understanding of insurance policies, particularly in construction, being advantageous.
Master's degree in Insurance and Risk Management.
