- Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies and innovation trends in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Map innovation opportunities across all departments.
- Participate in the development of a transversal innovation roadmap.
- Develop a deep understanding of business challenges in each department.
- Identify high-potential use cases throughout the company.
- Develop innovative solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
- Design and pilot proof of concepts with relevant teams.
- Formalize large-scale deployment processes for innovations.
- Manage a diverse and transversal portfolio of innovation projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from various departments.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for innovation projects.
- Manage allocated budgets and optimize ROI on innovation investments.
- Facilitate collaboration between different company entities.
- Promote a culture of innovation throughout the company.
- Train employees on new methodologies and technologies.
- Support teams in adapting to changes induced by innovation.
- Share success stories and best practices internally and externally.
- Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a consulting firm.
- Experience in the luxury, fashion, or retail sector is a plus.
- Multidisciplinary career demonstrating high adaptability.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, Lean).
- Knowledge of change management and business transformation.
- Technical aptitude for development and understanding of digital tools and technological trends.
- Strong business acumen in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation.
- Ability to analyze data to measure innovation impact.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels.
- Ability to work in a transversal and matrix environment.
- Resilience under stress and effective priority management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages appreciated).
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting firm, with exposure to various business functions or departments.
Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
