1. Contribute to product evaluations and innovation project tracking, ensuring alignment between initial briefs and final outcomes.
2. Participate in product testing phases, providing clear, actionable feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Document projects through comprehensive reports, follow-up sheets, and internal presentations.
4. Conduct continuous market trend analysis to inform innovation and product development strategies.
5. Perform ad hoc research on specific product categories within tight deadlines.
6. Organize and present collected data to support the innovation team.
7. Engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and identifying viable product opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree plus a Master's in marketing, business, or a related technical field.

1. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of makeup products and trends.
3. Ability to articulate analysis and product logic.
4. Autonomy and strong synthesis and writing skills.
5. Proactivity and enthusiasm for innovation.

Demonstrated passion for makeup with a deep understanding of product categories, consumer trends, and innovation challenges in the beauty industry.

Bachelor's degree and Master's in a relevant field.
