1. Provide user support by addressing assistance requests, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Participate in preventive maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

4. Engage in IT projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of products.
5. Assist in creating support documents and training users on IT best practices.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program in computer science or a related field (Bac +4/5).
2. Strong passion for information technology and operational interaction.
3. Proficient communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
4. Ability to quickly learn and solve problems.
5. Solid skills in computer networks and technical support.
6. Proficiency in English.
