- Support the execution and optimization of influencer and social media initiatives within the Fragrance & Beauty division.
- Maintain and update product launch and seeding calendars, ensuring alignment with internal and external partners.
- Manage daily postings on Chanel-owned social media platforms, ensuring content is timely and brand-aligned.
- Coordinate collaboration posts with key partners, providing timelines and ensuring quality uploads.
- Track user-generated content and organize it for future posting.
- Maintain and update contact databases and coordinate PR mailing lists.
- Schedule and facilitate appointments between beauty experts and influencers.
- Maintain influencer tracking tools and collaborate on campaign analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with brand, FTC, and third-party guidelines across influencer activities.
- Process and track invoices, maintain budget tracking, and manage legal service agreements.
- Coordinate and submit creative briefs to support influencer seedings and events.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, either in-house or at a creative agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro preferred.
- Expertise with top social media platforms and understanding of photo and video content specifications.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key trends in the beauty and social media landscape.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
1-2 years of experience in social media, either in-house or at a creative agency.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 through $92,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
