- Reconstruct and optimize the department's KPIs.
- Redesign the data repository and dashboards.
- Rebuild the tracking tool and integrate existing tools such as risk analysis and production modification requests.
- Consolidate subcontractor mapping and define a technical allocation tool.
- Provide operational support to Industrialization Project Managers, including risk monitoring and schedule tracking.
- Execute internal communications for the department.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Previous internship experience in a production site is preferred.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS PowerBI, and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced fashion industry.
Ideal candidates will have prior internship experience in a production environment, demonstrating a keen interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering or a related field.
