1. Reconstruct and optimize the department's KPIs.
2. Redesign the data repository and dashboards.
3. Rebuild the tracking tool and integrate existing tools such as risk analysis and production modification requests.
4. Consolidate subcontractor mapping and define a technical allocation tool.
5. Provide operational support to Industrialization Project Managers, including risk monitoring and schedule tracking.
6. Execute internal communications for the department.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Previous internship experience in a production site is preferred.
3. Strong interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS PowerBI, and project management software.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced fashion industry.

Ideal candidates will have prior internship experience in a production environment, demonstrating a keen interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering or a related field.
