Chanel Industrialization Manager

- Study methods and processes for the industrialization of new products.
- Analyze product briefs and present findings to industrial teams.
- Identify and assess potential risks.
- Draft industrial feasibility studies and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks, including technical, quality, safety, and timeline concerns.
- Estimate production costs.
- Ensure operational follow-up of the industrialization phase until production launch, coordinating all project-related teams.
- Coordinate and draft in-depth industrialization studies, implementing actions to ensure product availability dates are met.
- Identify, rationalize, plan, conduct, and analyze industrial tests on packaging lines.
- Monitor and update the industrialization schedule, leading and participating in regular development meetings with project stakeholders.
- Consolidate and input production parameters into dedicated information systems (e.g., SAP, Team Center).
- Implement all necessary actions and conditions for the commencement of initial productions.
- Degree from an engineering school or university.
- Proven initial experience in a production unit or development environment.
- Strong organizational and methodological skills.
- Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Autonomous, creative with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
A successful initial experience in a production unit or development environment, providing a solid understanding of development challenges and industrial issues.
Degree from an engineering school or university.
