Responsibilities
- Study methods and means for industrializing new products, including analyzing product briefs and presenting to industrial teams.
- Identify and analyze risk points, draft industrial feasibility studies, and develop action plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Estimate production costs.
- Oversee the operational phase of industrialization until production begins, coordinating all project-related teams.
- Coordinate and draft in-depth industrialization studies and implement actions to ensure product availability deadlines are met.
- Identify, rationalize, plan, animate, and analyze industrial trials on packaging lines.
- Monitor and update the industrialization schedule and participate in regular project development meetings.
- Consolidate and input production parameters into dedicated information systems (SAP, Team Center, etc.).
- Implement necessary actions and conditions for starting initial productions.
- Lead or participate in optimization projects for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Improve existing products to enhance costs, performance, or working conditions.
- Explore and integrate new technologies.
Qualifications
- Engineering school or university degree.
- Previous experience in a production unit or product development.
Skills
- Strong organizational and methodical skills.

Experience Requirements
A successful first experience in a production unit or product development, with a good understanding of development and industrial challenges.
