1. Analyze and present product briefs to industrial teams, identifying and mitigating risks.
2. Draft industrial feasibility studies and develop action plans to address identified risks.
3. Estimate production costs and ensure operational follow-through from industrialization to production launch.
4. Coordinate comprehensive industrialization studies and implement actions to meet product launch timelines.
5. Identify, rationalize, plan, and analyze industrial trials on packaging lines.
6. Update and manage the industrialization schedule, facilitating regular project meetings.
7. Consolidate and input production parameters into dedicated information systems (e.g., SAP, Team Center).
8. Implement necessary actions and conditions for the commencement of initial productions.
9. Lead or participate in optimization projects to improve product range, costs, performance, or working conditions.
10. Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance industrial processes.

1. Degree from an engineering school or university.
2. Proven experience in a production or product development unit.

3. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
4. Proactive and decisive with a focus on continuous improvement.
5. Ability to manage daily operational challenges with agility.

A successful track record in a production or product development environment, with a solid understanding of development and industrial challenges.

Degree in engineering or a related field.
