1. Lead sourcing and tendering processes, including sourcing projects and Requests for Information (RFI), ensuring collaboration with internal business partners.
2. Support business partners in defining specifications and requirements.
3. Prepare and launch tenders/Requests for Proposals (RFP).
4. Analyze and negotiate proposals/quotes with suppliers and business partners.
5. Award suppliers, implement legal agreements, and report benefits.
6. Identify spend optimization and supplier panel rationalization opportunities.
7. Define and implement a Preferred Supplier List with business partners and suppliers.
8. Conduct financial and spend analysis and prepare for professional negotiations.
9. Monitor risk management and sustainable procurement through various tools and initiatives.
10. Create and enrich relevant catalogues with business partners and suppliers for the P2P platform.
11. Maintain and improve the preferred supplier database.
12. Enhance procurement processes and handle ad hoc requests.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduate in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or similar fields.
2. Fluency in French and English.

4. Proactive and energetic mindset.

Ideally, previous experience in procurement is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
