1. Develop and implement commodity sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable value in safety, quality, delivery, and cost for assigned categories.
2. Conduct spend analysis, define categories, and assess opportunities to formulate and execute specific category strategies.
3. Lead RFX processes and price negotiations to achieve optimal supplier relationships and brand protection.
4. Manage project execution, including timeline management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
5. Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders to optimize business relationships with key suppliers.
6. Conduct strategic supplier evaluations and manage performance improvement initiatives.
7. Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication between global and regional commodity leads.
8. Monitor and implement sourcing strategy for different commodity spends.
9. Measure and track internal performance of each commodity spend category.
10. Support the development of local sustainable procurement expertise and collaborate with the APAC sustainability team.
