1. Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize import and export operations.
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to implement compliance policies and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
3. Supervise international logistics and manage commercial partners.
4. Optimize transportation routes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
5. Guarantee customs classification, data management, and documentation.
6. Monitor, interpret, and implement changes in trade regulations.
7. Oversee customs operations and service providers.
8. Develop and execute commercial compliance strategies to mitigate risks, optimize costs, and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and commercial partners.
9. Lead international logistics operations, coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
10. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Experience as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).
2. Knowledge of DUIMP (Single Import Declaration).
3. Familiarity with product catalogues and regulations, especially ANVISA product certification.
4. Solid understanding of global trade regulations, customs valuation, and tariff classifications.

1. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
3. Experience in risk management, commercial compliance tools, and process optimization.

Proven experience in managing import and export compliance within a luxury fashion or related industry.

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
