1. Execute, analyze, and maintain import and export routines, ensuring the quality and security of shipments.
2. Issue, analyze, and organize necessary fiscal and regulatory documents for merchandise movement.
3. Control and analyze import costs and express shipments.
4. Maintain product database, including translation and fiscal classification.
5. Prepare, update, and analyze reports for shipment tracking and performance indicators.
6. Identify patterns and opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions.
7. Execute necessary system routines for process closure and fiscal and financial demands.
8. Monitor and update pricing.
9. Communicate daily with stakeholders, providing necessary guidance for shipment execution and delivery.
10. Apply knowledge of customs legislation and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
11. Update and control occurrences, claims, and quality.
12. Prepare and maintain purchase orders for supplies.
13. Support training and projects.
14. Implement solutions for area routines.

1. Fluent in English
2. Experience in foreign trade areas
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
4. Experience with ERP systems and Power BI

Experience in foreign trade or related areas is required.

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
