- Participate in the production of content such as photos, videos, and print materials for fashion shows, collection arrivals in boutiques, CHANEL events, and client communication.
- Organize image productions including film shoots and photo shoots, and oversee post-production and asset adaptation.
- Coordinate various project teams including creative, copywriting, social media, and CHANEL platform publication teams to establish communication and distribution plans.
- Manage the delivery and proper distribution of content to teams and digital platforms, including metadata management.
- Oversee the creation and updating of various schedules, timelines, budgets, and production documents.
- Experience from previous internships.
- Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational, anticipation, adaptation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and software like Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated commitment and autonomy.
