- Oversee the administrative management of hires and internal mobility.
- Draft contractual documents including amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create and manage new employee records in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies such as internal regulations and various charters.
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, both individually and in groups.
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related queries.
- Monitor and collect data related to time management, including absences and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with work time regulations and correct any discrepancies.
- Validate payroll data using the ADP Link system.
- Compile, organize, and archive personnel files.
- Manage and track employee departures including retirements, resignations, and terminations.
- Monitor various types of absences such as sick leave and parental leave.
- Develop and present monthly workforce reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and professionalization of personnel administration.
- Support the deployment of new tools and participate in ad hoc cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a structured HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Proficiency in time management systems.
- Strong client orientation and service mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomous with strong organizational skills.
- Discretion and high sense of confidentiality.
- Proactive with the ability to manage priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Workday and ADP Link is advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a structured environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
