- Oversee the administrative management of hiring and mobility processes.
- Draft contractual documents including amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create and manage new employee records in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies such as internal regulations, various charters, and benefits.
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, both individually and collectively.
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
- Monitor and collect data related to time management, including absences and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with working hours and correct any anomalies in time tracking.
- Validate payroll data in the ADP Link system.
- Maintain, organize, and archive personnel files.
- Manage and track employee departures, including retirements, resignations, dismissals, and end of probation periods.
- Monitor various types of absences such as sick leave, maternity leave, and parental leave.
- Develop and present monthly workforce reports.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and professionalization of personnel administration activities.
- Support the deployment of new tools and participate in ad hoc cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a structured HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Proficiency in time management systems.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of service and teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Autonomous with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Workday and ADP Link is advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a structured environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
