1. Recruit future employees for the Packaging Purchasing and Research & Development Innovation departments on fixed-term contracts and assist in recruiting interns and apprentices.
2. Contribute to school relations by helping define the best strategy, strengthening the link with Campus teams from corporate and Parfums Beauté, organizing events, and participating in school forums.
3. Assist in the implementation of dedicated training programs for teams.
4. Support the team in legal and administrative aspects: CSE elections, CIFRE thesis files, VIE, social report, etc.
5. Participate in the creation of integration tools and facilitate welcome sessions.
6. Provide support for various team projects.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
2. Two years of professional experience, including internships and fixed-term contracts, with a focus on recruitment.

1. Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken.
2. Interest in legal aspects of HR.
3. Curiosity, rigor, and a pursuit of excellence.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in human resources, with a specific focus on recruitment processes.

Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
