1. Support the HR Manager in implementing the annual recruitment plan and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
2. Monitor recruitment performance indicators.
3. Assist in preparing annual HR events such as Talent Reviews and Global Talent Day.
4. Support the deployment of annual HR processes including budget and salary bonus plans.
5. Contribute to the Talent Acquisition action plan, including partner network development and recruitment process optimization.
6. Stay informed on internal and external trends and enhance school relations policies.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5 in business school or university Master's in HR.
2. 2 to 5 years of successful experience in Human Resources.
3. Interest in transformation topics.
