- Advise and support managers in implementing HR policies and managing their teams during organizational transformation and role evolution.
- Execute the recruitment plan while promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure excellence in onboarding processes for new employees.
- Support employee development through collective training actions, individual training identification, mobility plans, and professional assessments.
- Contribute to Talent Development and Performance Management by optimizing and implementing associated HR processes according to the HR calendar.
- Participate in the development and deployment of cross-functional projects, supporting the team or division with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate labor relations and act as the HR liaison to maintain a positive social climate.
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school, Sciences Po, or a Master's in HR or MBA with HR specialization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Dynamic and proactive with strategic vision and curiosity.

- Comfortable working in diverse environments and engaging with varied populations.
