1. Advise and support managers in implementing HR policies and managing their teams during organizational transformation and role evolution.
2. Execute the recruitment plan while promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
3. Ensure excellence in onboarding processes for new employees.
4. Support employee development through collective training actions, individual training identification, mobility plans, and professional assessments.
5. Contribute to Talent Development and Performance Management by optimizing and implementing associated HR processes according to the HR calendar.
6. Participate in the development and deployment of cross-functional projects, supporting the team or division with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
7. Coordinate labor relations and act as the HR liaison to maintain a positive social climate.

1. Advanced degree (BAC+5) from a business school, Sciences Po, or a Master's in HR or MBA with HR specialization.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
