- Independently manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including identifying needs, drafting job postings in collaboration with operational managers, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain school relationships in coordination with corporate teams and HR representatives.
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate selection, including job posting dissemination, CV screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews, and making final decisions with managers.
- Handle administrative integration, including contractual elements, liaising with educational institutions, and OPCO declarations.
- Act as the HR reference for daily support to interns and apprentices, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing support throughout their tenure at Chanel.
- Participate in the administrative management of interns and apprentices, including handling contracts, payroll elements, and leave management.
- Monitor performance in collaboration with managers.
- Contribute to the deployment of various projects, such as organizing HR communication events for interns and apprentices and supporting the team on HR topics like personnel administration and training.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources (equivalent to Bac+5)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
A significant initial experience in Human Resources management, preferably in recruitment.
