- Support the HR team with various administrative and practical tasks.
- Proofread, draft, and prepare HR materials.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.

- Perform various HR ad-hoc tasks.
- Relevant education in Human Resources or Law.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Open-mindedness and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently, methodically, and accurately.
- Familiarity with Danish or Norwegian employment legislation is advantageous.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with HR practices and employment legislation is beneficial.
Relevant education in Human Resources or Law.
