1. Support the HR team with various administrative and practical tasks.
2. Proofread, draft, and prepare HR materials.
3. Develop and maintain HR policies and processes.
4. Assist in maintaining the company intranet.
5. Perform various HR ad-hoc tasks.

1. Relevant education in Human Resources or Law.

1. Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
4. Open-mindedness and ability to work collaboratively.
5. Ability to work independently, methodically, and accurately.
6. Familiarity with Danish or Norwegian employment legislation is advantageous.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with HR practices and employment legislation is beneficial.

Relevant education in Human Resources or Law.
