1. Manage the recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and VIEs from need identification to final selection post-interview.
2. Provide support to interns, apprentices, and their managers, fostering close relationships and assisting with their development within the company.
3. Participate in school relations events organized by the Campus Management team.
4. Oversee administrative management of personnel, including verification of internship agreements and contracts, and integration files via Workday, in collaboration with the Personnel Administration HUB.
5. Contribute to various HR projects, including the animation of the intern/apprentice community and the development of performance tracking tools for interns, apprentices, and VIEs.
6. Assist in the implementation of HR processes and school relations.

1. Higher education degree in Human Resources with a strong interest in generalist HR functions.
2. Significant initial experience in HR, including recruitment experience.

2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to react swiftly.
4. Curiosity and proactive mindset.

Prior experience in a generalist HR role, particularly in recruitment, is required.

Higher education degree in Human Resources.
