1. Contribute to creating a memorable onboarding experience for new hires within the Horlogerie Joaillerie division.
2. Ensure smooth integration of candidates by adhering to the onboarding process, including welcome packages and invitations to onboarding events.
3. Assist in the deployment and customization of the digital onboarding platform 'Welcome@WFJ' for various entities and employee profiles.
4. Support the logistical organization of the Horlogerie Joaillerie integration sessions, known as 'Wonderland'.
5. Enhance and provide recommendations for the overall onboarding offerings, including content and delivery methods.
6. Participate in the deployment and promotion of talent development programs and initiatives within the division.
7. Assist in the consolidation and analysis of HR data and talent development KPIs.
8. Prepare presentations and resources for talent development, such as intranet content and newsletters.
9. Engage in social commitment projects, including managing partnerships with associations and organizing internships for students.

1. Final year student in a Master's program (Bac+5) with a background in Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in HR is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong digital tool proficiency and enthusiasm.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks, with a keen sense of organization and creativity.
4. Excellent communication skills and an interest in event management.
5. Advanced proficiency in English.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in human resources, particularly in talent development or onboarding processes.

Final year student in a Master's program (Bac+5) with a focus on Human Resources.
