- Contribute to creating a memorable onboarding experience for new hires within the Horlogerie Joaillerie division.
- Actively participate in the integration process of candidates, ensuring adherence to onboarding protocols such as welcome packages and invitations to onboarding events.
- Assist in the deployment and customization of the digital onboarding platform 'Welcome@WFJ' for various entities and employee profiles.
- Support the logistical organization of the Horlogerie Joaillerie integration sessions 'Wonderland'.
- Enhance and provide recommendations for the onboarding offerings, including content and delivery methods.
- Participate in the deployment and promotion of talent development programs and initiatives within the division, collaborating with HRBPs and managers.
- Contribute to the consolidation and analysis of HR data and talent development KPIs.
- Prepare presentations and resources for 'Talents Dev' such as intranet content and newsletters.
- Conduct competitive analysis of innovative practices and propose initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Engage in HR development and Diversity & Inclusion projects.
- Final-year student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally with initial experience in Human Resources Management.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong affinity and competence with digital tools.
- Ability to prioritize, with a keen sense of rigor and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for event management.
Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience in Human Resources Management.
Final-year student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5).
