1. Contribute to the implementation of HR development priorities for regional teams in Fashion and Store Planning.
2. Participate in the strategic planning and execution of training programs, including needs assessment, session organization, and KPI monitoring.
3. Support internal mobility initiatives, including organizing Talent Days and facilitating Talent Reviews.
4. Coordinate and animate specific programs related to well-being, energy, digital, and management for headquarters and boutique teams.
5. Provide operational support for performance evaluations and reporting.
6. Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
7. Oversee the HR Europe budget in collaboration with financial control teams.
8. Provide operational support on cross-functional HR topics such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning, and Talent Development.
9. Conduct recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, and coordination with managers.

1. Final year student in a business school, university, or specialized HR institution.
2. Previous professional experience in HR, particularly in development or recruitment.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Strong organizational skills and reliability.
4. Ability to animate and engage communities.

A minimum of one prior professional experience related to Human Resources, especially in HR development or recruitment, is required.

Final year student in a business school, university, or HR specialized institution.
