- Contribute to the implementation of HR development priorities for regional teams in Fashion and Store Planning.
- Participate in the strategic planning and execution of training programs, including needs assessment, session organization, and KPI monitoring.
- Support internal mobility initiatives, including organizing Talent Days and facilitating Talent Reviews.
- Coordinate and animate specific programs related to well-being, energy, digital, and management for headquarters and boutique teams.
- Provide operational support for performance evaluations and reporting.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Oversee the HR Europe budget in collaboration with financial control teams.
- Provide operational support on cross-functional HR topics such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning, and Talent Development.
- Conduct recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, and coordination with managers.
- Final year student in a business school, university, or specialized HR institution.
- Previous professional experience in HR, particularly in development or recruitment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Ability to animate and engage communities.
A minimum of one prior professional experience related to Human Resources, especially in HR development or recruitment, is required.
Final year student in a business school, university, or HR specialized institution.
