Chanel Human Resources Coordinator

- Contribute to the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, from sourcing to candidate selection.
- Manage job postings in targeted schools, CV screening, pre-selection, and conduct recruitment interviews both on-campus and off-campus.
- Propose and implement appropriate sourcing strategies and develop school partnerships.
- Organize recruitment campus events, including planning, communication, and logistical arrangements.
- Handle administrative integration, including contractual elements, school/university relations, and legal declarations.
- Manage spontaneous and recommended applications.
- Serve as an HR reference for daily follow-up of interns and apprentices, including integration, mid-term reviews, and final assessments.
- Organize HR communication events on-site and participate in key HR cycle moments.
- Facilitate the animation committee to implement structured actions for employee well-being and conviviality.
- Relay internal HR communications.
- Support the HR team on various HR topics.
- Participate in the development and deployment of the HR skills development plan.
- Contribute to the deployment of the authorization management tool.
- Monitor and update HR indicators.
- Manage administrative tasks for inter-site and intra-site missions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Significant initial experience in a related field.
- Curiosity and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment.
A significant initial experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
