Chanel Human Resources Assistant

- Manage and oversee the internship and apprenticeship programs, including receiving and transferring CVs to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Serve as the primary contact for internship agreements and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of internship and apprenticeship agreements.
- Maintain communication with the Compensation and Benefits team regarding special remuneration grids for workshops.
- Coordinate and communicate training sessions, acting as the main contact for couturiers and ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
- Facilitate the distribution of individual training invitations and support managers in understanding the importance of training.
- Regularly visit the 10 couture workshops to address HR-related inquiries and provide operational support.
- Contribute to recruitment and training initiatives, participating in team meetings and supporting various HR functions.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Significant experience in HR roles, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field.
