Chanel Human Resources Assistant

- Manage and oversee the internship and apprenticeship programs, including CV reception and transfer to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Act as the primary contact for internship agreements and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Verify information for internship and apprenticeship agreements and ensure follow-up.
- Maintain communication with the Compensation and Benefits team regarding special remuneration grids for workshops.
- Serve as the main contact for couturiers regarding training schedules, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Facilitate the connection between workshops and the Learning team.
- Distribute individual training invitations and promote the importance of training to managers.
- Ensure smooth execution of IT training (M2I), including trainer support and managing cancellations.
- Contribute to strategic planning for 2025 training needs and catalog improvements.
- Regularly visit the ten couture workshops to address HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Support operational workload in recruitment and training initiatives.
- Participate in team activities and weekly meetings.
- Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Significant experience in HR, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sense of service and humor.
Significant experience in Human Resources, including internships and apprenticeships, is required.
Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
