Human Resources Assistant

1. Manage and oversee interns and apprentices, including receiving and transferring CVs to the Talent Acquisition team.
2. Act as the direct contact for internship agreements and liaise with the Talent Acquisition team.
3. Verify information on internship and apprenticeship agreements.
4. Maintain follow-up with interns and apprentices, including agreement signatures and communication with relevant parties.
5. Coordinate with the Compensation & Benefits team regarding special workshop pay scales.
6. Serve as the direct contact for couturiers regarding training reminders, questions, and cancellations.
7. Facilitate communication between workshops and the Learning team.
8. Distribute individual training invitations and promote manager accountability for training importance.
9. Ensure smooth execution of M2I (IT) training sessions, including trainer support and managing cancellations.
10. Contribute to strategic planning for 2025 training needs, catalog improvements, and reducing cancellations.
11. Regularly visit the 10 couture workshops and act as an HR contact for couturiers.
12. Support operational workload in recruitment and training.
13. Participate in team activities, such as weekly meetings.
