- Coordinate recruitment of interns and apprentices in collaboration with Junior Talent, including drafting job offers and identifying needs.
- Manage administrative and contractual processes related to recruitment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for interns and apprentices, enhancing their experience through integration activities.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for interns and apprentices, supporting their development projects and conducting mid-term and final evaluations.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and operational missions.
- Assist in the recruitment of fixed-term positions and support HR team in integration processes.
- Contribute to performance campaign activities and school relations initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
- Previous significant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Adaptability to a creative work environment.
A minimum of one significant experience in Human Resources is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
