Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to hiring and mobility.
- Draft contractual documents such as amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create new employee profiles in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies, including internal regulations and benefits.
- Organize and conduct integration meetings for new employees.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Track and manage time-related data, including absences and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with working hours and correct any discrepancies.
- Validate payroll data using the ADP Link tool.
- Organize and archive personnel files.
- Oversee the management and follow-up of employee departures.
- Monitor various types of absences such as sick leave and parental leave.
- Prepare and present monthly workforce reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement and professionalization of HR administration.
- Support the deployment of new tools and participate in ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a structured environment.
- Good knowledge of social legislation.
