Chanel Human Resources Specialist

- Oversee the administrative management of hires and internal mobility.
- Draft contractual documents, including amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create and maintain employee records in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies, including internal regulations and employee benefits.
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, both individually and collectively.
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related queries.
- Monitor and manage time-related data such as absences, attendance, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with working hours and correct any discrepancies.
- Validate payroll data using ADP Link.
- Maintain and archive personnel files.
- Manage and track employee exits, including retirements, resignations, and terminations.
- Monitor various types of leave, including sick leave and parental leave.
- Prepare and present monthly workforce reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement and professionalization of HR administration.
- Support the deployment of new HR tools.
- Engage in cross-functional projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a structured HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Proficiency in time management systems, particularly modulation.
- Client-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Autonomous with strong organizational skills.
- Discreet with a high sense of confidentiality.
- Proactive with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Workday and ADP Link is advantageous.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources within a structured environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
