Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks related to hiring and mobility.
- Draft contractual documents such as amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create new employee profiles in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies, including internal regulations and benefits.
- Organize and conduct integration sessions for new employees.
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related queries.
- Monitor and collect data related to time management, including absences and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with working hours and correct any anomalies.
- Validate payroll data in the ADP Link system.
- Organize and archive personnel files.
- Manage and track employee departures, including retirements, resignations, and terminations.
- Monitor various types of absences, such as sick leave and parental leave.
- Prepare and present monthly workforce reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement and professionalization of HR administration activities.
- Support the deployment of new tools and participate in ad hoc cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a structured HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Proficiency in time management systems.
