Chanel Human Resources Specialist

- Oversee the administrative management of hiring and mobility processes.
- Draft contractual documents including amendments, employment contracts, and tripartite agreements.
- Create and manage new employee profiles in the Workday system.
- Communicate and explain company policies such as internal regulations and employee benefits.
- Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, both individually and collectively.
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related inquiries.
- Monitor and collect data related to time management, including absences and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with work time regulations and address any discrepancies.
- Validate payroll data using the ADP Link system.
- Maintain and archive personnel files.
- Manage and track employee departures, including retirements, resignations, and terminations.
- Monitor various types of absences such as medical leave and parental leave.
- Develop and present monthly workforce reports.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and professionalization of HR administration activities.
- Support the deployment of new HR tools and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a structured HR environment.
- Strong knowledge of social legislation.
- Proficiency in time management systems.
- Client-oriented with excellent service skills.
- Strong team spirit and communication skills.
- Autonomous with strong organizational skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive with the ability to manage priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Workday and ADP Link is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in human resources within a structured environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
