1. Conduct inventory and documentation of chemical products used.
2. Collect and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
3. Analyze and evaluate chemical risks using SEIRICH software.
4. Raise awareness of chemical risks among employees.
5. Organize mandatory training sessions for staff.
6. Implement regulatory monitoring and propose corrective actions.
7. Develop and initiate the HSE management system, including drafting an HSE policy.
8. Create and animate awareness materials and operational procedures.
9. Monitor HSE indicators and synthesize key performance indicators (KPI).
10. Evaluate professional and chemical risks.
11. Distribute and regularly update Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
12. Update the Single Document for Risk Assessment.
13. Prepare and follow up on post-audit action plans.
14. Draft deliverables for the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT).
15. Establish a laser risk safety policy.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering (Master's in HSE, Industrial Safety Engineering, Chemical Risk Specialization).
2. Training in HSE, chemical product safety, REACH, and regulatory compliance.

1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
2. Meticulous, organized, and adaptable.
3. Analytical and synthesis abilities.
4. Proficient in SEIRICH and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of monitoring tools is an advantage.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with HSE practices and chemical safety is preferred.

Master's degree in HSE or related engineering field.
