1. Facilitate talent discussions within the Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) division across various regions, establishing processes, routines, and actively following up on action and succession plans.
2. Actively participate in implementing the WFJ onboarding experience and development programs in collaboration with the Talent Development team.
3. Contribute to the High-end career path project in full collaboration with the High-end Business Department, supporting its implementation across regions.
4. Enhance WFJ data management across all regions, providing relevant data analysis to inform actions and decisions, and support local WFJ HR Directors with insights and benchmarks.
5. Develop people tools, assets, and guidelines to assist WFJ HR Directors in their daily tasks, including boutique opening books, people budgets, and flex@retail guidelines.

1. Experience in Human Resources and Retail sectors.
2. Fluency in French and English.
