Chanel HR Operations Lead

- Ensure seamless execution of payroll transactions with 100% accuracy and manage comprehensive employee benefit programs.
- Oversee HR systems, including Workday and local T&A systems, for effective employee data management.
- Lead people cost forecasting and budgeting processes in alignment with regional and global guidelines.
- Handle employee communication and appeal cases related to payroll and benefits.
- Develop and supervise benefits-related RFPs and negotiations with vendors in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Administer expatriate and international assignment programs, including payroll, tax, and housing management.
- Manage retirement pension plans, both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC).
- Lead payroll, benefits, and HR system-related projects as the main local contact point.
- Champion audits of compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide statistical data and reports concerning benefits and compensation activities.
- Manage compensation and benefit data to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Develop and lead communication strategies for compensation plan provisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits program management.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in English communication and experience with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- People management experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 8-10 years in compensation and benefits program management, including 4-5 years in payroll management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
