- Support HR operational and administrative activities throughout the employee life-cycle process.
- Prepare letters and documentation, monitor, track, and follow up on required actions to ensure completion of HR transactions in accordance with HR Policies and Guidelines.
- Coordinate with various partners and stakeholders to enable accurate execution of employee HR transactions and tasks.
- Ensure compliance with policies, rules, guidelines, and SOPs, and that SLAs are met.
- Track and follow up on outstanding actions or tasks from employees, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain HR Data in the HRIS system (Workday) to ensure information accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure timely upkeep and maintenance of employee P files.
- Answer general queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Support other administrative activities that form part of the HR Operations service catalog, such as Learning Administration, Contingent Worker Administration, and Benefits Administration.
- Create, review, and update SOPs, process flows, checklists, and tip sheets to reflect changes, improvements, and new ways of working.
- Participate in system and data-related projects and perform testing as required.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify themes and trends.
- Escalate and highlight errors, issues, and delays in a timely manner in accordance with the escalation matrix.
- Proactively identify improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners to enable smooth end-to-end service delivery.
- University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- 2-3 years of work experience in in-house HR Operations, Insurance & Flexible Benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Thai as an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights that drive business decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
2-3 years of work experience in in-house HR Operations, Insurance & Flexible Benefits administration.
University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
