1. Oversee the recruitment process for interns and apprentices in collaboration with Junior Talent, including needs identification and job posting creation with operational teams.
2. Monitor recruitment progress with Junior Talent and conduct select interviews.
3. Manage candidate applications and update the HRIS system.
4. Facilitate the integration and onboarding of interns and apprentices, providing ongoing support and community engagement.
5. Manage invoicing for apprenticeship contracts.
6. Animate school partnerships with institutions such as UCL and Télécom Paris, and participate in school forums and in-house recruitment events with Corporate Talent Acquisition teams.
7. Serve as the primary contact for training needs, coordinating with the Training Hub.
8. Provide operational support to HR Managers and coordinate onboarding programs.
9. Contribute to employer branding for Tech & Digital.
10. Assist in recruitment for temporary and permanent positions.
11. Participate in various annual HR processes and projects, such as salary and bonus planning, and internal client presentations.

1. Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Initial experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.

1. Strong interest in Tech and Digital sectors.
2. High adaptability, flexibility, and curiosity.
3. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
4. Proficiency in Office 365 and other IT tools.

A foundational experience in Human Resources is required, ideally within a generalist capacity.

Higher education degree in Human Resources or related field.
