1. Assist the HR Manager in daily HR activities and support the implementation of the Chanel Operations ITA Onboarding Experience and My Chanel Engagement Team projects.
2. Manage recruitment processes including job posting, liaising with headhunting agencies, candidate screening, interviews, and scheduling.
3. Support the onboarding process to ensure a memorable experience for new hires, including managing welcome kits and digital onboarding platforms.
4. Organize training sessions and map available technical training courses in Italy.
5. Contribute to internal communication drafts and support HR development and Diversity & Inclusion projects.
6. Assist in organizing team-building activities and seminars.

1. Degree in Economics or Humanities, ideally with a curricular internship in HR.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and creativity.

No specific experience required, but a curricular internship in HR is ideal.

Degree in Economics or Humanities.
