Chanel HR Data and Sustainability Project Manager

- Coordinate and oversee workshops on HR topics within the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Develop and implement processes for HR data collection related to sustainability.
- Consolidate, analyze, and interpret HR data for sustainability metrics, including diversity, employee well-being, talent development, external workforce, training, health and safety, and fair wages.
- Communicate data insights to various stakeholders and recommend actions for improved data analysis.
- Develop and maintain systems for HR and sustainability data collection, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for automating data management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Train and guide the People & Organisation community in France on data collection processes.
- Document processes and definitions, representing the French scope at a global level.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting, preferably in sustainability or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in handling large databases from diverse sources.
- Experience in managing and coordinating project stages to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a complex ecosystem.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS technologies and data visualization tools, with PowerBi or Tableau as a plus.
