Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops on HR topics related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Participate in the development of HR data collection processes.
- Ensure the collection and analysis of HR and sustainability data for Chanel France.
- Consolidate, analyze, and interpret HR data for sustainability measures, including diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, talent development, external workforce, training, health and safety, and fair wages.
- Communicate data insights to various stakeholders.
- Recommend actions to improve data analysis.
- Develop and maintain systems for HR and sustainability data collection.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across sources.
- Identify opportunities for automating data management processes.
- Train and guide the People & Organisation community in France on data collection processes.
- Document processes and definitions.
- Represent France's scope at the global level in various forums.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in data consolidation, management, and reporting, preferably in sustainability or Human Resources.
- Experience in CSR or sustainability reporting for a multinational or complex organization is a plus.
Skills
- Ability to handle large databases from various sources.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS technologies and data visualization tools like PowerBi or Tableau is a plus.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of 5 years in data management and reporting, with a preference for experience in sustainability or HR.
