- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to align mid- and long-term strategies with business ambitions for Chanel Malaysia.
- Provide consulting and advisory services to address organizational, people, and talent needs.
- Anticipate future workforce requirements and lead change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate vision and strategies into actionable plans.
- Champion workforce planning and talent pipelining for office and retail populations.
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning, organization design, and change management.
- Lead headcount and capability planning, HR budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage talent development and succession planning for leadership and critical roles.
- Drive learning and capability development aligned with strategic workforce plans.
- Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Support performance management and annual compensation review processes.
- Review and strategize rewards and compensation structures.
- Develop and manage employee communications and engagement plans.
- Advise on exit management and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Act as an emergency responder to address exceptions and escalations.
- Serve as the primary contact for division leaders on all people matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local language is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and sensitivity to external business and economic changes.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and business transformation.
- Outstanding facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical, meticulous, organized, and results-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Agile and innovative with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Minimum 10-15 years in strategic HR roles with a focus on talent management and organization design/development, preferably within multinational organizations or the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
