1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational company.
3. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation in Belgium and Luxembourg.
4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.
