1. Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers in Belgium and Luxembourg, fostering a positive work environment.
2. Provide expert advice on local labor legislation, ensuring compliance with both local and Chanel's internal policies.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and disciplinary procedures.
4. Facilitate the implementation of global HR processes, including performance reviews and talent assessments.
5. Contribute to HR projects across the Benelux and Scandinavia region.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles.

1. Strong knowledge of Belgian labor legislation, with familiarity in Luxembourg laws being advantageous.
2. Proficient in HR information systems.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

5 to 10 years of proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
