- Ensure the satisfaction of site leaders and collaborators through visible yet discreet presence.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with site personnel, addressing and fulfilling their requests.
- Guarantee premium service quality by overseeing and coordinating building services.
- Collect and resolve needs from leaders and collaborators directly or via the existing ticketing platform.
- Promote available services in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Monitor team movements on site, including employee arrivals and departures, and prepare for new arrivals.
- Report on site activities during weekly follow-up meetings, sharing successes and challenges with campus activity leaders in Neuilly.
- Act as the functional liaison for the campus event team, organizing site visits and serving as the point of contact for various stakeholders.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience in Office/Hospitality Management or Concierge services with a demanding clientele.
- Dynamic and responsive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and general cultural knowledge.
- Comfortable with public speaking and autonomous with high adaptability.
- Organized, discreet, and practical-minded.
- Proficient in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable with various IT devices (computers, tablets, smartphones).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to unite stakeholders around client satisfaction.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, dealing with high-end clientele in hospitality or office management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+3).
