- Assist the Director in planning and coordinating departmental projects.
- Monitor schedules across various sites, liaising with project managers, hospitality teams, and arts & culture teams.
- Represent the department in meetings with internal stakeholders, drafting minutes, activity reports, and establishing KPIs.
- Foster relationships with local cultural partners at different sites.
- Manage the department's budget in collaboration with the financial and hospitality teams.
- Draft contractual and legal documents in coordination with Chanel's legal experts.
- Coordinate relationships with heritage site service providers.
- Contribute to research for project expertise, manage contracts, and oversee deliverables.
- Support the Director in supervising site guides and creating related assets.
- Assist in coordinating cultural, editorial, and digital projects with internal teams and external partners.
- University degree, business school, or political science education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury sector, focusing on governance or cultural project coordination.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Autonomous work capability.
- Multicultural and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Interest and curiosity in cultural subjects.
- Proven negotiation skills.
At least 5 years in a luxury company, with a focus on governance or cultural project coordination.
University degree in business, political science, or a related field.
