1. Plan the activities of the High Jewelry Workshop.
2. Monitor the performance of the High Jewelry Workshop and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve objectives.
3. Conduct financial tracking of the High Jewelry Workshop, including estimates, invoicing, and reconciliation.
4. Collaborate closely with support services such as Purchasing, Supply, and Development to establish coordination tools and routines.
5. Participate in the update, creation, and analysis of KPIs for the High Jewelry Workshop to share results and identify areas for improvement.
6. Manage stock, particularly of precious materials.
7. Organize inventories in collaboration with the Finance team.

1. Degree from an engineering school with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Autonomous and organized with a strong result-oriented mindset.
2. Proficient in numerical analysis and comfortable in dynamic environments.
3. Initiative-driven with adaptability to various situations and stakeholders.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and ERP systems.
5. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is advantageous.

Experience in a luxury sector, particularly within an international division, is desirable.
